In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. 

If the Goods arrive damaged, the Buyer must contact the delivery agent and us in writing within 24 hours, including photographic or video evidence of the damage to the Goods and accompanying packaging, to verify. Failure to comply with this request and deadline will render the Seller’s obligations null and void.

However, if you receive the product damaged, we will replace it. Returns shipment will be paid for by the customer. 

REFUNDS 

Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at support@customneonvibes.com

Any Customized signs/logos/companyname-logos are non-refundable.

Because the Goods are hand-crafted, there may be differences and minor discolorations. There may be some printing on the sheet as manufactured, however we do not use them. Colour differences can also occur as a function of computer screen and printer calibration. The Buyer understands that these differences and discolorations are not the Products’ fault and accepts the possibility of such an occurrence. Also as its hand crafted, it might have some signs/imprints of minor scratches/glue points/any other imprint, buyer understands this and this is not product fault, hence it is not refund and not covered in warranty(All boards are manufactured in the same way)

Returns on Warranties

We will process your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the returned items for the warranty claim.

Once your warranty claim is confirmed, you will be sent a new or repaired item, depending on the circumstances. Customers will have to pay for returns shipments in advance.

Warranty gets void of sign board if any letter/neon come off as its human usage issue that means it has been damaged at customer end. We hold no responsibility and will not covered in warranty. However if you wish to get it fixed, please contact at support@customneonvibes.com

All adaptors has 1 year warranty, It will replaced or repaired at no cost, but shipping has to be paid by customer.

INVALID REASONS

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example that we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Custom Neon Vibes®. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

CANCELLATIONS 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
